What happens if I don’t enjoy my hotel stay?

Since we're all about booking, the hotel's overall quality isn't something we can directly control. When hiccups happen, we've seen the best results when you talk to the hotel management directly.

If something goes amiss during your stay, please let the hotel know directly. It’s their role to make you as comfortable as possible!

If they direct you back to us, no problem! 

Just make sure to get a 

  1. A written confirmation from them about a discount or refund.
  2. Have it include the date of stay, guest name, ReservationStays order ID, and refund details. 
  3. Once you have that, forward it back to us to support@reservationstays.com, so we can assist in getting things sorted out for you.
