Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after my card was charged?

We understand that sometimes bookings don't go as planned. If you notice a "pre-authorization" on your bank statement, please be assured that this is a temporary hold and will be removed within 2-3 business days. If you need the funds released sooner, you may contact your bank for assistance.
