If you are struck by an unforeseen circumstance included in the Refundable Terms and can provide the required evidence, you will be entitled to apply for a 100% refund directly to your chosen bank account through a simple online Refund Application Form.
And if life is still giving you a hard time, you've got a generous 60-day window after the event to sort things out. That's a refund deal you can count on!
